Our products are dietary supplements. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Ordering & payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud or pricing errors — with a full refund of anything charged.

Promo codes are limited to one per order, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Subscription terms

Subscriptions automatically renew: you'll be charged the stated subscription price (20% off the one-time price) at the delivery frequency you select at checkout until you cancel. Your consent to these renewal terms is captured at checkout before your first subscription charge.

You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account portal or by emailing support@myonset.com — cancellation takes effect for your next billing cycle, and cancelling is as simple as signing up. Renewal reminders and price changes will be communicated by email in advance.

Shipping & returns

Shipping timelines, rates, and our returns process are described on the Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. In short: free US shipping over $75, unopened tins returnable within 30 days, and opened tins cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Intellectual property

The Onset name, aperture-O mark, product names, site design, and all content are owned by Onset Wellness LLC or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as needed to browse and share links to the site.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site — including interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping at scale, or using it for anything unlawful.

Reviews & user content

By submitting a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the store. Submit only content you own, keep it accurate and lawful, and note that we may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law; we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Onset Wellness LLC against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

Dispute resolution & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
