To fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer support, send marketing you've consented to, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don't use your information for purposes unrelated to running this store.
Email & SMS marketing
Marketing email and SMS are opt-in. Unsubscribe from email via the link in any message; reply STOP to any SMS to opt out. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply to SMS. Opting out of marketing never affects order-related messages like shipping confirmations.
Sharing

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal obligations, and account data while your account is active. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable processors — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@myonset.com and we'll delete it.
